Vaccine Clinic

We will be hosting another traditional Flu Shot Walkthrough Clinic and we have Flu Shot Appointments available.

Flu Shot Walkthrough Clinic: the office is setup on a specific date and time for your family to quickly walk through check-in, your flu shot and back out the door. The staff is only administering flu shots at this time.
Flu Shot Appointment: similar to your well visits, you come at your chosen scheduled time and date to see a nurse to get your flu shot. (To schedule and appointment for both covid & flu, call the office at 616-949-4465.)

The portal is open for registration. You will find that it is much more convenient for you if you register online.

Follow these steps:

Login to the portal:

Select a Patient and a Visit Type of Flu Shot Walkthrough Clinic OR Flu Shot Appointment
Do not choose a provider (leave the default "Any Doctor")
Once you perform the above steps, the portal will immediately look for appointments 'next week'
For the Oct 1 clinic you will need to change the date range
Type a reason for appointment and pick a convenient time
Repeat this for each child

Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule by sending a portal message or calling the office.

If your child has an upcoming wellness visit, we will be happy to vaccinate them and any tag along siblings at their visit!
