My 2 children have been going to this office their entire lives (10 & 8 years), we absolutely love the doctors and staff! Dr. Fasanello is absolutely amazing, we just love her. Always takes her time with the kids to go over safety and stranger danger as well as answer any questions. My children feel completely comfortable, I would 100% recommend this office!
Both my children have Dr Fasanello she is awesome with them. My son just turned 18 and still feels totally comfortable with her, we have had her since he was born and it's very hard to get any information out of him so ??to her. Daughter is 11 and she loves her as well. She listens to you makes you and children feel at ease and relaxed just love her best Doctor ever.
My children both teenagers have been receiving their care from Dr. Acker since they were newborns. He's has a gentle demeanor always listening to their concerns as well as mine (the parent's). He is mindful of their privacy and time. He also takes the time to provide support and education. Great practitioner. Highly recommend.
Lynne Fassanello is a lovely, patient and gentle person. Our daughter loves her, we love her. She is a wonderful pediatrician.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Silvia since they were babies, never has any bad experiences. She is very nice, she interact with the kids, no rush. The whole staff are very kind and nice, it doesn't matter wich Dr. my kids are seeing, they all very professional. I can't complain.

My daughter, age 12 had a rash to the back of her upper legs and thighs. . Dr. Acker is her pcp and the office staff were able to get her in to be seen promptly and medications were ordered and wound care explained. Always an amazing experience at Northwoods pediatrics even if my daughter saw another MD in the practice.
